What we do
TapView combines permanently assigned QR/NFC touchpoints, a neutral customer feedback experience and a business workspace. Depending on the selected plan, businesses can direct customers to Google, receive private feedback, manually generate replies from pasted reviews, or connect an eligible Google profile to manage an inbox, reply drafts and profile activity.
We are an independent service. TapView is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by Google.
How we work with businesses
TapView does not simply ship an unconfigured card. We verify the intended business destination, create the business setup, assign each TapView identity permanently and coordinate activation directly with an authorised business contact.
- Direct consultation before a business is activated.
- Google destination verification before customer routing begins.
- In-person or mutually agreed card handover, placement and onboarding.
- Ongoing account and configuration support through a domain-based business email.
Our review-integrity commitment
- We do not hide, suppress or filter access to Google based on a customer's rating or sentiment.
- Private feedback and Google review paths are presented as neutral choices before a rating is collected.
- TapView never submits a customer review to Google on the customer's behalf.
- A business may connect only a Google Business Profile it is authorised to manage.
- Google replies are published only through an authorised owner action or a reply workflow the owner has expressly enabled.
