TapView AI

Onboarding

Service Delivery Policy

TapView.AI is sold and configured directly for businesses. This policy explains how onboarding, QR/NFC setup and digital access are delivered without operating a general online store.

Last updated: 22 September 2026

1. No online-store shipping

TapView does not operate a general e-commerce shop and does not offer standard website shipping. This website provides information and may collect a verified Razorpay plan payment, recurring mandate, renewal or retainer for services sold and coordinated directly with a business. The TapView Card amount is quoted as an agreed per-card price multiplied by quantity and is collected separately by the authorised person completing the onboarding.

2. How TapView services are delivered

Depending on the agreed plan, delivery may include:

  • Direct consultation and confirmation of the business’s requirements.
  • Verification and configuration of the correct Google Business Profile destination.
  • Creation and permanent assignment of TapView QR/NFC identities.
  • TapView Cards in the quantity recorded in the agreed order.
  • In-person handover, placement or activation at a mutually agreed business location.
  • Activation of the relevant TapView customer route and eligible business portal.
  • Ongoing digital features, reports, alerts and support included in the active plan.

3. Timing and appointments

TapView will communicate the expected setup or onboarding timing directly with the business. In-person delivery, placement or activation is completed at a mutually agreed date, time and location. Any estimate depends on the business providing accurate details and being available for the agreed appointment.

Unless a written order states otherwise, a website payment by itself does not promise courier dispatch or same-day installation.

4. Business dependencies

The business must provide, where applicable:

  • Accurate legal, contact and location information.
  • The correct Google Business Profile or review destination.
  • Access to the premises and an authorised contact for onboarding.
  • Any content, approvals or configuration information reasonably required.
  • Timely notice if an agreed appointment needs to be rescheduled.

Delays caused by missing, inaccurate or late information do not constitute a failure by TapView to deliver.

5. Activation and acceptance

Digital service delivery is considered complete when the agreed TapView business configuration and customer route are activated or made available. Physical QR/NFC setup is considered delivered when it is handed over, placed or activated as agreed with the business.

The business should promptly test the route and report a configuration issue. TapView will correct a verified TapView configuration error; this does not include changes or restrictions imposed by Google, device manufacturers, browsers, networks or other third parties.

6. Physical-card replacement

New orders use one TapView Card product, with the per-card price, quantity and any replacement arrangement confirmed in the business's quotation. A replacement covers only the physical card: TapView preserves the existing QR identity, assigned business and permanent location label.

Replacement handover or placement is coordinated directly with the business. Lost, damaged or removed cards may require reasonable verification and a replacement charge unless written replacement cover was included in the applicable order.

7. Service continuity

Ongoing access depends on the selected plan, business activity and payment status. A Basic plan’s configured Google route is not a promise that third-party services will remain unchanged. Lite and Pro paid features follow their stated renewal and subscription rules.
