1. About TapView.AI
TapView.AI provides businesses with configured QR/NFC review access, customer review-assistance tools, reporting and related business services. TapView.AI is referred to in these terms as “TapView”, “we”, “us” or “our”.
TapView is primarily sold and onboarded directly to businesses offline. This website provides product information, plan details, access to TapView portals and, where enabled, a secure Razorpay flow for public-plan payments, recurring mandates and renewals. TapView Card amounts are agreed and collected separately by the authorised person completing the onboarding.
2. Business authority
By purchasing or using TapView for a business, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and are authorised to act for that business. You are responsible for ensuring that the business and Google Business Profile information supplied to TapView is accurate.
3. Services and onboarding
The exact services supplied depend on the selected plan and any written quotation, order confirmation or onboarding arrangement. Services may include:
- QR/NFC card setup and permanent TapView identity assignment.
- Configuration of the correct business and Google review destination.
- TapView customer review routing and eligible AI-assisted features.
- Business portal, reporting, alerts and subscription access where included.
- Direct, in-person or otherwise mutually agreed onboarding and support.
Service delivery is described in our Service Delivery Policy.
4. Plans, quotations and pricing
Public plan information is available on our Plans & Pricing page. The price, billing period and included services confirmed when a business places an order will apply to that order. Any separately agreed custom work must be recorded in writing.
Prices are quoted in Indian Rupees unless stated otherwise. The one-time TapView Card amount is the agreed per-card price multiplied by the confirmed quantity and is recorded in the business's quotation; it is not a fixed public plan fee. Applicable taxes or additional charges, if any, will be communicated before payment.
A physical-card replacement is included only when the applicable quotation expressly says so. A replacement does not create a new QR identity or change its permanent business or location assignment.
5. Payments
The agreed TapView Card amount may be collected directly by the authorised Primary Admin or Sub-admin using the offline method disclosed to the business, such as cash, UPI or bank transfer. Its collection method and reference are recorded with the onboarding.
Basic, Lite and Pro plan payments and recurring mandates are processed through Razorpay. You authorise Razorpay and TapView to process the applicable plan charge and future renewal. TapView does not receive or store your complete card, UPI PIN or banking credentials. Internal Ultimate access is not a public paid plan and may be granted only by TapView's Primary Admin.
The complete policy is available on our Cancellation and Refund Policy.
6. Renewals and recurring plans
Where a plan renews annually or monthly, the billing frequency and amount will be shown before a recurring mandate is authorised. A business may request that a future renewal be stopped before the next billing date. Stopping a future renewal does not cancel or refund a setup already completed or a billing period already paid for.
Failed, expired or cancelled recurring payment authority may affect access to paid features. Permanent QR assignments are preserved in accordance with TapView’s product architecture even when a business becomes temporarily inactive.
7. Plan access and changes
TapView's public plans are Basic, Lite and Pro. The current offer does not include a free trial. Access follows the active paid plan and may change only through an approved commercial and verified payment process. Internal Ultimate access receives Pro product features without recurring billing.
8. Account and platform responsibilities
- Keep login credentials confidential and notify us of suspected unauthorised access.
- Do not interfere with TapView, bypass access controls or submit unlawful or malicious content.
- Do not use TapView to fabricate reviews, impersonate another person or pressure customers to provide misleading feedback.
- Use customer feedback and alerts responsibly and in accordance with applicable privacy, employment and consumer laws.
- Maintain accurate owner, contact, Google listing and payment information.
9. Customer feedback and AI-assisted output
Customers choose what feedback to provide. TapView may process that feedback to produce an AI-assisted draft review, identify broad sentiment or star-band signals, route the customer experience and prepare eligible business reports or alerts.
AI output is a draft. Customers remain responsible for reviewing and deciding whether to use or post it. TapView does not post a Google review on a customer’s behalf and does not guarantee that Google will publish any review.
A business owner using the manual Google Review Reply Generator is responsible for checking, editing and choosing whether to copy and publish the generated response on Google. The Lite generator does not connect to, read from or write to the Google Business Profile API.
TapView does not hide, suppress, redirect or filter a customer's access to Google based on star rating or sentiment. The private feedback and Google review choices are presented before a rating is collected, and every direct 1–5 star selection receives the same Google handoff.
10. Google Business Profile authorization
An eligible Pro business may connect only a Google Business Profile it owns or is authorised to manage. The business grants Google access through OAuth and may disconnect TapView at any time. TapView never asks the business to share its Google password.
A manual reply is published only after the owner or manager chooses to publish it. An eligible automatic workflow may act only after the owner has specifically and expressly enabled that workflow, and it can be disabled at any time. The business remains responsible for the content published under its profile and for complying with Google's content policies.
See How TapView uses Google Business Profile data for the requested permission, data use, retention and deletion details.
11. Third-party services
TapView depends on third-party infrastructure and services, including hosting, database, authentication, artificial intelligence, email, Google and payment services. Their availability and separate terms may affect certain TapView functions. TapView is not affiliated with or endorsed by Google.
12. Intellectual property
TapView’s software, branding, layouts, documentation and related materials remain owned by TapView or its licensors. A business receives a limited, non-transferable right to use the services included in its active plan. No TapView source code, branding or system may be copied, resold or reverse engineered except where the law expressly permits it.
13. Availability and changes
We aim to keep TapView reliable but cannot promise uninterrupted or error-free availability. Maintenance, internet failure, third-party outages, security events or changes to Google and other providers may temporarily affect service. We may make reasonable product or policy changes to improve security, reliability, compliance or functionality.
14. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access for non-payment, unlawful use, fraud, security risk, abuse of the platform or material breach of these terms. Permanent business deletion may permanently delete its assigned records in accordance with TapView’s database architecture.
15. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TapView is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss, lost profits, loss of reputation, third-party platform decisions or customer-generated content. TapView’s aggregate liability relating to a paid service is limited to the amount paid to TapView for that service during the twelve months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
16. Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in India, subject to any rights or forum that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Questions about these terms can be sent to admin@tapviewai.in.
